The Project

The Campbell Technology Park is set to be demolished and replaced with a high-density residential development of 290 units—27 single-family homes and 263 townhomes/condos, not including ADUs. The plan includes 718 parking spaces (580 in garages, 138 in-tract).

Required Actions for Project Approval & Timeline:

  • Early 2025: Preparation of Draft EIR

  • 45 day Draft EIR review period

  • Summer 2025: Final EIR

  • Summer/Fall 2025: Planning Commission FEIR and development application review hearing

  • Summer/Fall 2025: City Council EIR certification and project approval hearing

  • January 20-26: Phase 1 site demolition

  • April 2026: Phase 2 construction

  • September 2027: Phase 3 construction

  • March 2029: Phase 4 construction

  • August 2030: Completion
